On Saturday, July 29, 2023, Reverend Meki Toalepai of Brooklyn Park, MD passed away peacefully. Beloved husband of JoAnn E. Toalepai, loving father of Fu’atino I. Aumavaeand her husband Kenape, Meki J. Toalepai and his wife Kim, Hini D. Toalepai and his partner Thom. Devoted grandfather of Sese, Nari, Meki, Jr., Meridian, Macy, Andrew, Repeka & Pili, Pa'e & Stephen, Lupe & Veni, Siulagi & Kaleponi, Leone & Pule and Tofili. Great-Grandfather of; BethanyAne, Liu, Suki, Iliganoa, Venitise, Kenape, Jeilanr, Alesana, Pili, Pele, Popo, Tise and Ocean. Brother of Siaki Toalepai. Brother-in-Law of Randalynn Toalepai. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings; Fu'arosa, Leleiga, Luse, Lipena, Losivale, Ropeti and Monasheni.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 Second Avenue, SW, (at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm where a Celebration of Life Service and Samoan Funeral Rites will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 10:30 am. Graveside Service and Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, MD.
