I am a senior who has lived at Apple Village for 3 years. Dick was a humble, quiet man who did his work and was always there to fix a problem when residents called . . . and call we do! Dick unlocked my door more times than I'd like to admit; he was probably thinking, "Lady, how hard is it to remember your keys?"
Dick served our country and worked hard all his life. It breaks my heart that he became ill and left this world at a time in his life when he should have been enjoying the fruits of his labor; doing the things he enjoyed most: skiing, golfing, music, motorcycle riding, reading, and watching old re-runs of Star Trek.
Thank you Dick for being Always Faithful & Always Loyal - Semper Fi!
My thoughts and prayers are with William, Jessica, Cathy, and the extended family.

Dicky was most beloved maintenance worker at Apple Village. He was always there for us in an emergency, great or small. He was excellent at his craft and yet was so humble he would clean up the most awful drain backups before we had contractors to do that. He was a faithful nice guy and I'm sure he is rare. Rest in Peace, Dicky.
