I worked with Rich for many years and was always inspired by how easy he made his work look - undoubtedly because he loved what he did. He made me want to be better at my job, too. Our team enjoyed regular potluck breakfasts together, and I always remember how proud he was to bring a crockpot full of his wife's special breakfast dish to the office. It was so funny and endearing. I'm so sad to have heard about his passing, but I hope that everyone who loves him knows that he touched so many people deeply. I hope that brings his family comfort. Rest in peace, Rich.

I worked with Rich for several years. He was a commanding presence, for sure, but also a very warm and personable soul. His love of classic rock and high-horsepower motors was on full display whenever I got a ride home from work in his Chrysler 300 -- volume up, pedal down, smile on his face. He will be missed!
