I loved Rich, he was a brother of another mother. He was a partner of mine at Tatum. Every time I needed help or advice Rich was my go to guy.
During our 10 year partnership I brought him into every project I had if he was available. He had a great sense of humor when I first met him we both had corvettes. We joked how we looked like tomatoes in a ketchup bottle we were both big guys. I remember a partner meeting where he was late, he called in to tell the bartender to have a martini ready for him when he arrived. We were working at a client trying to help turn their business around, Rich looked up and said Billy you can fix a lot of things but you can´t fix stupid. He invited me to a card game at his house where he and Kevin wiped me out in a matter of minutes, shamefully. He always glowed when he talked about the motorcycle trips with his brother and was so proud of Kevin in his career. He lived large when he couldn´t hold up his bike at a light anymore, he bought a trike. He loved the camping trailer and bought the biggest fattest truck available to haul it. He told me some of his travel experiences. I always thought, poor Donna. He would move mountains to be with his family and grandkids.
Rich, I can´t wait to see you again on the other side.
