Ricky Judd Obituary
Ricky was born on January 7, 1962, in Richmond, Kentucky, to his parents Bobby and Emily. Ricky grew up in Madison County, attending school here and graduating from Madison Central High School. He proudly served his country in The United States Army. Following his military discharge, he continued his service working with Independent Contractors at the Blue Grass Army Depot until his retirement.
Survivors include his mother: Emily Perkins Keller (Clyde); one daughter: Bobbie Davidson (Greg); one son: Cardiff Dwayne Judd (Jessica Smith); brother: Robert McElroy (Karen); six grandchildren: Kelsie Hix (Steven), Madison Mills, Mariah Mills, Makayla Judd, Alison Judd and Carter Judd.
He was preceded in death by his father: Bobby Ellis Judd and one brother: Troy Keith Judd.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Lainhart officiating. Burial will follow at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Jessamine County, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the hour of Service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
