He is survived by his sister, Teresa Garland and her husband Carl of London; a nephew, Justin Garland and his wife Ashleigh; a great niece, Harper (Garland) Vanhook; great nephews, Hudson (Garland) Vanhook and Jace Carl Garland, along with a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.
Ricky dedicated 25 years of his life working as a maintenance technician at Marymount Hospital. He had a passion for the outdoors, enjoyed relaxing in his yard, gardening, and watching his favorite TV shows. Ricky will be dearly missed by all his friends and family.
The funeral service for Ricky Lester Parman will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Parman Family Cemetery at White Oak.
The family of Ricky Lester Parman will receive friends beginning at 12 noon Thursday until the funeral hour of 1 pm at Bowling Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will include Carl Garland, Justin Garland, and Austin Arthur.
