He was my boss for 36 yrs of 46 yrs at Allen. I called him Pops. Would always give him a kiss on his cheek when I saw him. And I always told him I loved him. A dear dear friend. Francis & I say rest easy our friend. He was excited to see us. together & happy Carol Heilman Derr & Francis Gross Jr.
