Robert L. "Bob" Cole

Robert "Bob" L. Cole, 86, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away, Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Bob was born on May 29, 1939, in Toledo, Ohio, and was the son of Harold G. and Marjorie L. (Lemming) Cole. Bob was a 1957 graduate of Bedford High School, and then served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He retired as a general foreman for Ohio Ceiling and Partition after 15 years of service. After leaving construction, Bob devoted himself to restoration of classic cars, and antique gas pumps. He also loved his dog, fishing and using his metal detector.
Bob is survived by his loving sons, Joey (Kathryn) Cole, and Stephen (Leslie) Cole; loving companion, Judy Smith; brother, Richard (Cathy) Cole; grandchildren, Branden Cole, Austin Cole, Morgan Cole, Madison (Mason) Marshall, and 1 great grandson, Shepherd, who is still on the way. He was preceded in death by a brother, William H. Cole, and former spouse, Dolores Cole.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm, Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may to the Toledo Humane Society.
