Robert Douglas "Bobby" French

Robert "Bobby" Douglas French, age 51 passed away peacefully in his home with his brother by his side Sunday August 7, 2022.
Born in Greensboro, NC but lived and made his career, family, and home in Myrtle Beach, SC since the age of 19.
A successful business owner of Finish Works, Inc. providing Myrtle Beach with the construction of many outstanding homes and high-rise hotels.
He loved spending time with his family at the home he built from the ground up. Bobby was passionate about family and friends and was the life of the party.
He fought a hard battle against cancer but never failed to greet everyone with a big smile.
He is survived by his daughter Taylor French Miller (husband Mathew), brothers Douglas "Doug" MacAra Barclay, Christopher "Chris" Stuart Barclay (wife Sandy), Harry (Scott) Thomas French, III (wife Roberta) Sisters, Andrea "Andi" Barclay Mapes (husband Scott), and Jeannie Barclay Yukitomo (husband Steven). Bobby was a great uncle to many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Paul McDonald Barclay, SR., mother Mary Barclay French, and father Harry Thomas French, JR.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held Saturday, August 27th, 2022, at 3PM at 846 Folly Rd. Myrtle Beach, SC 29588. In Lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to AuthoraCare Foundation (Hospice), 2500 Summit Ave, Greensboro, 27405
