Robert William Ginunas (Bob) age 71 passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Monday February 24, 2025 at Mt. Carmel Hospital- Grove City after complications from long term health conditions. Robert was born in Tampa, Florida at the McDill Air Force Base Hospital. He was raised for 10 years of his life in Clearwater, Florida. He later moved to Columbus, Ohio with his family where he graduated from Hamilton Township High School in 1972. After graduation Robert served in the United States Army. Robert is preceded in death by his parents George and Mildred Ginunas, and his sister Ragena Lacalamita. He is survived by his brothers George Ginunas (Cheryl) and Rickey Ginunas, and his sisters Anna Krigbaum (Jeff) and Alicia Toney (Pat). He is also survived by his children, Nicole Wilson (Jeff) Shawn Ginunas (Kelly) Tyler Ginunas, and Melinda Madden (Mike). Robert has nine grandchildren that he greatly loved-Emily, Ashlynn, Noah, Elle, Fletcher, Noreena, Hannah, Savannah, and Makayla. He also has many beloved nieces and nephews. Robert had a huge heart and would do anything he could for others. He enjoyed spending time with family and playing scratch off tickets. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, and working in his garden. He was a big fan of the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cincinnati Reds, and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He is so loved and will be greatly missed. A burial and Celebration Of Life gathering will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation to Robert W.
