Robert Corey Gonzales

Robert Corey Gonzales, 35, of Victoria, Texas, passed away on September 8, 2025. He was born on June 12, 1990, in Victoria, Texas, where he also entered into eternal rest.
He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Johnathan Corey Gonzales.
Robert is survived by his father, Robert Gonzales (Virginia) of Huntsville, Texas; his mother, Deborah Garcia (Ronda) of Victoria, Texas; his daughter, Mia Marie Gonzales of Victoria, Texas; and his son, Corey James Gonzales of Corpus Christi, Texas.
He is also survived by his sisters, Jessica Gonzales Nunez (Jason) of Victoria, Texas; Erica DeLeon (Hector III); Stephanie Gonzales (Matthew Hernandez); and Ember Gonzales of Conroe, Texas; as well as his brother, Victor Reyes of Huntsville, Texas.
Robert had a big heart and a fun-loving spirit. He adored his children and loved spending time with them. He also loved his dogs, enjoyed fishing any chance he got, and was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan-cheering them on faithfully, win or lose.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM, at Angel Lucy's Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Friday, September 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kayden Franklin, Jordan Robles, Jayden Franklin, Victor Reyes, Roger Robeson Jr., and Hector DeLeon IV.
Honorary pallbearers include Corey J. Gonzales, Brennan Hernandez, Matthew Hernandez, Brayden Franklin, Hayden DeLeon, Hector DeLeon, and Jordenn Nunez.
