Griffon, Robert Allen, age 50, of Fenton, died Monday, November 7, 2005 at home. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11AM Friday, November 11, 2005 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Rd. Howell. Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 1-9PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd. Fenton, with a scripture service at 8PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Robert was born on June 9, 1955 in Detroit, the son of Frank and Louise (Robinette) Griffon. He married Donna Jean Cole on November 3, 1978 in Detroit.  Robert was employed as a toolmaker for 22 years at Fenton Heading, a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, and a devoted husband and father. Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Donna; 3 children, Sara Griffon of Lansing, Kevin Griffon of Swartz Creek, Brian Griffon of Fenton; 2 sisters, Linda and husband Jay Phillips of California, Donna Griffon of Florida; 2 brothers, Rodney and wife Karen Griffon of Milford, Dennis and wife Tommie Griffon of California; and many nieces and nephews.
