Robert Lee Johnson Sr.

Robert Lee Johnson, 41, was born on August 11, 1983, to the union of Robert Eugene Johnson and Dr. Kathaleen Johnson in Kansas City, Kansas. He departed this life on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Robert Lee Johnson was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri where he loved working with music. He attended the Kansas City Kansas School District 500 and graduated from the Schlage High School class of 2001; Robert received his OSHA 10 at Metropolitan Community College in 2023.
Robert was known as Breadman, Little Robert, and Bread by his family and friends. He loved fishing, cooking, making others laugh, performing his music, and concerts; most of all he loved his family and children.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Johnson; paternal grandparents, Robert and Ophelia Johnson; maternal grandparents, Ethel Mae Grant (Jiles) Manuel and Lee Drew Combs Sr.; paternal great-grandparents, Samuel Reed and Lucille Fritz-McKinzy (LC);aunts Mary Penton, Helen Manuel, and Vera Johnson; uncles, Terry Manuel and Calvin Cubie; great uncles, L.C. McKinzy Jr, Billy McKinzy, Willie Mckinzy, Melvin Jetton, Harold Richardson, Fred (Ida Mae), Joe Louis, George, Jewel Grant, James Grant, and Terry Manuel; great aunts, Evelyn Roberts, Lucille Rowe, Lena Phillips, Amanda Johnson, Queen Ester Johnson, Christell Grant, Odessa Shine, Ola Jean Tims, Minnie Grider, and Rosie Harris.
Robert leaves to cherish his memories: sons, Robert Jr. and Justice; daughters, Sianey, Alexis, and Shanel; mother, Dr. Kathaleen Johnson; sister, Twyla; god-daughter, Maria and Kehlani; bonus sons, Isaiah and Sir'Keith; aunts, Dr. Lee Ethel Howell (Bryan), Julie Kay Manuel, Alice Kay Manuel, Linda Jones (Ray), Sheretha Harrison (Willie), Shunda Smith and Gloria Morris; uncles, Jimmy Manuel (Keesha) and Lee Drew Combs Jr. (Cynthia); nephews, Tyray and Raylan; great uncles, Larry Mckinzy Sr., and Matthew Grant; great nephew ZyAire; great great-aunts, Thelma Curry, Earlene Zillendor, Dorothy Rabb, Mildren Shine, Mary Alice Kincade, and Annie T Beavers; great great-uncle, VL Davis (Georgetta); special cousin, Tudi; brothers and sisters from another mother and a host of special cousins.
