Robert Lee Maddox, born on August 29, 1945, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on March 27, 2025. Bob was a cherished member of the community and a devoted Army Veteran, who proudly served in Germany as a Sergeant.

Upon completing his military service, Bob returned to his roots and graduated from Pleasure Ridge Park High School in the Class of 1965. His commitment to excellence and service extended beyond his time in the military; he was actively involved in his church, where he dedicated his time and energy to helping others. Bob found great joy in serving at Grace Pointe Baptist Church, contributing to the spiritual well-being of all who attended.

Bob was a family man at heart, relishing every moment spent with his loved ones. His passion for faith, family and friends was evident in everything he did, and he created a lasting legacy of love and compassion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Theo and Emma Jean Maddox and his sisters, Betty Davis and Linda Barker.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Misti Maddox; granddaughter, Ava Rae Harrell; brother-in-laws, Lonnie Barker and Roger Davis; nephew, Tommy (Wendy) Barker; niece, Becky Wiser; great nieces, Bobbie-Jo Stewart, Brenda Spaulding, Emily Burke, Aleigha Judd and Bell Judd and other extended family and friends.
