Robert McBride Obituary

Robert was a carpenter of men. He loved fixing things, spending time fishing, bike rides with his grandchildren and loving on his family. He was a member of Emmanuel Temple Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Juan L. Morrison Sr, where he served on the Deacon board.
Proceeding him in death: two mothers Beulah Ivory and Romeller Lollis (Great Aunt) who raised him, his father Edward McBride, brothers Jimmy Lee Ivory, JT Ivory, Clinton Ivory, LC McBride, and Will Lee Cannon, sisters Elnora (Nora) Larry and Shirley McBride; father-in-law Melvin Stelivan. Robert leaves to cherish his memories; his devoted loving wife, Erma McBride of Springfield IL, daughter Beulah Hoskins of Greenville MS, Janese McBride, Shakiara Stelivan, Daysha, Angel, Darnisha, and Terri Newman all of Springfield IL. Brother Charlie McBride (Francis) of Hallandale MS, sisters Ruby L McBride and Vera McBride of Detroit MI; mother in law, Mae Stelivan, brother in laws Patrick Stelivan (Francis) of Spfld IL, Charles Ray Stelivan, Kevin Stelivan, sister in law, Janice Hughes (Derek ) of Springfield IL, Carolyn McCrary (Bobby) of Springfield IL, 16 grandchildren, 13 of Springfield IL and three of Greenville Mississippi; 10 great grandchildren, two of Springfield IL eight of Greenville MS and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
