Robert Nigro
Of Mount Laurel, NJ, formerly of Marlton, NJ, passed away on July 30, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 56 years old. Beloved husband of Sharon (nee Felmey). Loving son of Hilda (nee Galanti) Nigro and the late Americo Nigro. He graduated from Cherry Hill West High School in 1986 and received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. Robert was a reporter and managing editor for the Philadelphia Bar Association, but also worked for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and law firms Schnader Harrison Segal and Lewis, Pepper Hamilton and Blank Rome. Most recently, he was working as a project manager for various law firms. Writing was a huge part of his work life, and he even formed a writer's group called Whatever's Write in his free time. He enjoyed bike riding, reading, and going to the movies. He was an aficionado of ocean liners and would voraciously read anything he could about the great ocean liners, with a special affinity for The Queen Mary.
There will be a visitation 6:30-8:30pm on Friday, August 2 at BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME, 601 NJ 73 South (at Evesham Rd.), Marlton, NJ, where a Memorial Service will begin at 8:30pm to celebrate Robert's Life.
