Robert Noel Jr. Obituary
Robert Leon Noel Jr., 63, of DeGraff, passed away peacefully at 2:03 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Urbana, Ohio on April 23, 1961, a son of the late Robert Leon Noel and Shirley Jean (Halterman) Noel.
On June 29, 2002, Rob married Melissa Dee (Goings) Noel in DeGraff, Ohio and she preceded him in death on December 14, 2021.
Rob is survived by three children, Tim Noel, Amanda Putnam, and Chris (Ashley) Ryan; eight grandchildren; a sister, Lori Westlake; and several aunts and uncles.
Rob enjoyed spending time outdoors working on the farm, hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting, and riding his motorcycle. He especially loved playing euchre with family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
