Robert M. Nuncio, of Castroville, passed away September 21, 2024 at the age of 79. He was born June 7, 1945 in Castroville, Texas to Domingo Nuncio and Antonia Martinez Nuncio.
On November 19, 1967, Robert married Isabel Ramirez in San Antonio. They were blessed with fifty-six years of marriage and three children. Robert owned and operated AAA Trucking in San Antonio for over thirty years.
Survivors include his wife, Isabel R. Nuncio of Castroville; children, Richard Nuncio (Samantha) of Schertz, Linda N. Valle (Enrique) of San Antonio, and Robert Nuncio, Jr. of San Antonio; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; siblings, Maria Rangel, Domingo Nuncio, Rudolfo Nuncio (Yazmin), Dolores Bieri (Ronald), Anita Hernandez (Eddie), Andrew Camacho (Sherry), Alberta Torrez (Jesse), Mary Camacho, and Caroline Bryant; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Juan Camacho; and grandson, Robert Amayus Nuncio.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2024 at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in Castroville, Texas.
