Robert Spears Obituary
Robert “Bubba” Wayne Spears, born May 17, 1961, in Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away tragically on May 12, 2025, following an unfortunate accident. He was 63.
A cherished member the Oakville community, Bubba was known for his dedication to his career as a diesel mechanic, where he poured his passion into the automotive industry. His commitment to his work and his skillful hands left a lasting impression on those who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Otto Colle and Henrietta (Williams) Colle; brother, Donald Spears; sister, Debra Trbula; and a nephew, Stephen Trbula.
Survivors include two sons, Robert (Mina) Spears and Mason (Kelsey) Spears; three grandchildren, Maci, Reily and Sawyer Spears; a sister, Vickie (Cole) McClendon; three brothers, Travis (Laura) Colle, Clint (Tessie) Colle and Ernie (Jolene) Colle; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
