Robert Louis Stock

Robert Louis Stock was born March 29, 1926 in Ferndale, Michigan to Harold and Veda (nee: Reed) Stock. He died September 30, 2025 at the age of 99.

Mr. Stock is the beloved husband of 74 years to the late Mary MacFarlane Stock. Loving father of Katherine (John) Birmingham, Barbara (Stewart) Schultz, Donald (Cathy Lynn) Stock, James (Jeane) Stock, Thomas (Barbara) Stock, Marie Stock, Patricia (John) Hasenfus and Susan (Edward) Price. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Richard (the late Dora) Stock and 2 sisters Jean Stock and Marsha (the late Joe) Toth.

Mr. Stock worked for what was originally know as Michigan Bell for 45 years. In his free time he enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, woodworking and wine making. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force and will be interred with his wife at Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Funeral mass from St. William Catholic Church, 531 Common Street Walled Lake Monday 10 AM (visitation 9:30 AM). Friends may visit Lynch & Sons Funeral Home 340 Pontiac Trail Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Sunday 2-8 PM (Vigil Service 7 PM).
