Roberta "Bobbie" A. (Burns) Fili, 89, of Lafayette Hill, PA (formerly of Folcroft and later Brookhaven) passed away on Monday August 18, 2025 at the Masonic Village, Lafayette Hill, PA. She was born May 20, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Louis F. & Anna Clara (Malburg) Ferris.

Bobbie began her working years as a Typographer with Minneapolis Honeywell in Philadelphia. She also enjoyed her time at Equity Meat Co. and The Frankin Mint. Bobbie was known as the lunchroom cafeteria lady in the Interboro School district. She also worked at daycare in Norwood for many years. She enjoyed cruises, travel, dancing and in her younger years bowling. Bobbie was also known for her quick wit and sense of humor. She always said, "you never know what's coming out of my mouth".

She made many friends at her last residence at Masonic Village in Lafayette Hill.

She is preceded by her first husband William E. Burns, her second husband Alfred T. Fili and her sister Beatrice Malia.

She is survived by her sister Mary (Mike) Mask and her 5 daughters by her first marriage: Barbara Bachand, Carol Holloway (Dale), Debi Kain (Tom), Eileen Bryant (Ray) and Gail Pyle (Gregg, deceased). Bobbie has 6 grandchildren: Justin, Laura, Sarah, Alexander, Kevin, Michelle and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his/her memory may be made to: St Stephens Episcopal Church,

Norward PA and/or St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Family and friends are invited to attend Bobbie's viewing on Wednesday August 27th from 10 am to 11 am at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 128 Chester Pike, Norwood. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 11 am. Interment, Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill.
