Barbara Ann McClintock (nee DiGuiseppe)

June 21, 1942 – August 18, 2025

On August 18, 2025, our beloved Barbara Ann McClintock an original Folcroft, PA resident, left this world surrounded by the love of her family. She was 83 years old.

Barbara was so much more than her years - she was the center of our family, the one who held us all together. She was an incredible daughter, wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love, laughter, and strength will never be forgotten.

Barbara was the daughter of the late Anthony J. DiGuiseppe Sr and Eleanor Tancredi DiGuiseppe. In addition to her parents she is finally back in her loving husband's arms John M. McClintock Sr. who she missed so much. Barbara also was preceded by her two siblings Anthony J. (Skip) DiGuiseppe, and sister Eleanor (Ellie) DiGuiseppe of NJ.

Barbara leaves behind her oldest sister Marie Morinelli and beautiful Sister-in laws Judy McClintock , Peggy Rovetuso, Sue Ruyak, Diane Moge, and Philomena DiGuiseppe

She is also survived by her children, John McClintock, Norina Deegan, Francis (Vicki) McClintock, and Anthony McClintock (Rose Marie), who will forever carry her lessons and love in their hearts.

She was the proud grandmother of David, Danielle, Eric, Erin, John,Michael,Francis, Shannon, Nicholas, Samuel, Clarice, Lauren, Shane, Mary, Gabrielle,Patrick, Anthony, Samuel, Logan, Zoey and the adored great-grandmother of Grace, Mark, Faith, Adrianna, Vincent, Ezra, Ryleigh, Isaiah, Hope,Benjamin, Zachary, Elijah, and Harper. Each of them was her pride and joy.

Barbara wore many hats in our family - caretaker, teacher, friend, and most of all, the boss. No matter her size, she had the biggest presence in every room and the strongest voice in every decision. She showed us the meaning of resilience, the importance of family, and how to love unconditionally.

Her spirit will live on in the stories we tell, the traditions we keep, and the love we share with one another. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort knowing she is watching over us with the same fierce love she gave in life.

Until we meet again, we love you forever.

Visitation/Service: Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Friday from 9:30 am, until Funeral mass at 10:30 am, in the Church of St. Gabriel, 233 Mohawk Ave, Norwood. Burial SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
