Robin (Robyn) M. Robinson, 55, of Central Square, passed away August 22, 2025, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. Robin was born on February 8, 1970 in Potsdam, NY, to Henry Christian and Mary LaRose Christian.
Robin is survived by 2 children; son Jeffrey Robinson of Ogdensburg, NY, son James (Jay) Robinson, Central Square, NY. Robin also leaves behind her best friend of over 4 decades, Hal Thivierge, niece Katrina LaJoy of Ogdensburg, NY, niece Danielle LaJoy, of North Carolina, nephews; Orry Keller of Lisbon, NY, Jake Christian of Rochester, NY, also several great nephews, and a great niece.
Robin was predeceased by her son Jakob Robinson, her parents, her brother, Bud, her sister, Michelle, and a nephew, Nathan LaJoy.
Robin enjoyed a long and successful career in geriatric nursing. Most recently at the Cottages at Garden Grove in Cicero.
Visitation will be held on Monday August 25, 2025 from 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY and to the Finger Lakes Region in memory of Jakob Robinson.
