Ronald Dean Allen Jr., born on November 10, 1964, in Canton, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his home on August 4, 2025, after a courageous battle with chronic illness. He was 60 years old. He was a graduate of Perry High School. He formed lifelong friendships and memories that he held dear throughout his life. Ron was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, upon his return worked in the Drywall industry. Ron found joy in golfing and attending various sporting events, often spending cherished moments with his family that created lasting bonds.
Ron was preceded in death by his father Ronald D. Allen Sr. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Kim Allen, daughter Morgan Frink (Colton), grandson Carter Frink, mother Sue Skinner (Robert), brothers Bryan Allen (Lori) and Robert Allen, brothers-in-law Donald Bowman (Pat) and Todd Bowman, nieces Heather Patterson (Mike), Brittni Frymire (Scott), and Miranda Byler (Dorvan), nephews Josh Kirby (Amanda), Mathew Bowman (Alexis), Bryan Allen (Emma), and Shawn Bowman, and many great nieces and nephews.
His life will be celebrated with memorial services that will take place on August 8, 2025. Friends and family are invited to the Memorial Visitation at Reed Funeral Home NORTH CANTON CHAPEL 801 Pittsburg Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720 at 4:30 pm, followed by the Memorial Service at 6:00 pm.
As we remember Ron Allen, let us reflect on his warmth, kindness, and love for those around him. His spirit will forever remain a part of our lives, guiding us as we navigate the days ahead. He will be profoundly missed, yet always remembered.
