Ronald Jerry Bilyeu, 81, died surrounded by his loving family on August 31, 2022 after fighting a long battle with Alzheimer's. He was born February 15, 1941 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Charles and Mattie Bilyeu. Ronnie joined the military and honorably served in the United States Army from 1960-62. After his time in the service, he worked for General Motors for 38 years.
Ronnie enjoyed watching is two sons boxing, going for long walks, and taking pictures. He was also a big fan of Nascar. Ronnie liked spending his winters in Melbourne, FL and liked to spend time with his cousin, Jim (Lorraine) Baugh.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Carol; two sons, Jerry (Paula) Bilyeu and Jeff (Tanya) Bilyeu; grandchildren, Jessica (Jared) Madison, Hannah (Matt) Lease, Colton Bilyeu, and Zachary Bilyeu; great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Noah Madison, and Grayson Lease; and brother, Joe Bilyeu.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 27th at 1 PM in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 6805 Doctor M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Anderson, IN 46013.
