Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you,

I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

Ronald Joseph Blanchard, 90, of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, just a couple of weeks shy of his 91st birthday.

Born on October 22, 1934, in Biloxi, Mississippi, Ronald grew up on Braun Street and was a graduate of Biloxi High. He went on to enlist in the U.S. Navy as a "Frogman" and proudly served in the United States Merchant Marine. Ronald was a true man of the sea, having navigated the world 3 times.

In 1962, he married his love, Evelyn Breckenridge and from their union, they were blessed with five boys. Ronald was a wonderful provider for his family and was a very generous man to all. He was also tough as nails and known as a man's man. He loved his family, his cigars, his Harley Davidson, sports, and his Orange County Chopper truck.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Jessie Blanchard; loving wife of 63 years, Evelyn Blanchard, and brothers, Arnold and Jimmy Blanchard.

He is survived by his sister, Karen Newbill; children, Charles Bruce, Paul Bruce (Genifer), Richard Blanchard, Ronnie Blanchard, and Clyde Blanchard (Cynthia); and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

The family expresses their sincere gratitude to Marshall's Funeral Home and Cremations, SAAD'S Hospice, VA nurses, doctors, and caregivers for their kindness and comfort. Also, a big special thanks to all of our family members for their unwavering love and dedication.

After the graveside service, all are invited to attend the repass at the family home: 566 Howard Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530.
