Ronald Eugene Bussard, 92, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 9:21 pm, Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born on November 8, 1932, in Roann, Indiana, to Arden L. and Eva May (Miller) Bussard.

He was a former member of the Wabash Christian Church for 26 years, serving as an elder and singing in the choir. He was a current member of the Wabash First United Methodist Church and was also a member of the choir. They were his people. Ron enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, road trips with Gail, and bicycling. He loved family time, and treasured every moment with them.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gail Bussard of Wabash; children, Cherylene (Rich) Sedletzeck of Medina, Ohio, Kevin (Mary) Bussard of Wabash, Marti (Drex) Ross of Front Royal, Virginia, Cameron (Melissa) Cook of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Courtney Cook of Los Angeles, California; six grandchildren, Connor Cook and Emma Cook, both of Fort Wayne, Mandy Davis of Front Royal, Ryan Sedletzeck of Mansfield, Ohio, Brian Bussard of Logansport, Indiana, and Stacey Bussard of Muncie, Indiana; 9 great grandchildren; two brothers, William "Bill" Bussard of Roann, and Tom (Mary) Bussard of Des Moines, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
