Ronald LaPorte, 73, May 9, 2025. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, Ronald's humor and kind heart touched everyone who knew him.
Born on December 9, 1951, Ronald lived a life full of laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy; his sisters, Sheri and Joanie; his children, Ronald and Tammy; his grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua, Jesse, and Merisa; and two great-grandchildren, Kinsley and Mallory.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Jacquetta LaPorte, and nine brothers and sisters.
He also leaves behind many cherished friends and extended family members.
Ronald had a passion for life's simple pleasures. He found joy in spending time with his family and friends, visiting the casino, fishing, and sharing stories and laughs. His loyalty, generosity, and spirited presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
An evening luncheon in Ronald's honor will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Hall; 7542 Palms Rd, Ira Township, MI 48023. Details to follow.
