Paul Erickson told us about Ron's passing away on his trip home from Tall Pines. Though I only knew him for his two weeks - last year and this year- I really enjoyed the conversations with him. His engineering mind stood out and his passion for details- I was touched he made us a cribbage board and bottle lamp, and got the feeling he was such a family man- I'm sure he will be missed so much by all of you. Tall Pines Camp (Earl, Ryan, and Bridget) send our condolences to you. I have honored him in our latest fishing blog "Redemption" (the label on the bottle lamp he made for us). https://www.tallpinescamp.com/post/redemption

Ron Lumsden, affectionately known as Lumpy to those of us who worked with him. He was the best boss I ever had and a great person and friend. He called me every year on my birthday. He will be missed by all who knew him. Great soul, wonderful spirit and true friend. I'm so sorry for Diana and Brent, he cherished you guys.
