Ronald John McClure, 61, of Niles, Ohio went to be with his Lord and savior on August 20, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Ronald was born September 15, 1963, in Youngstown, Ohio to Marilynn McClure. Ronald resided in Hubbard, his hometown, before moving to Niles.

Ronald, a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle had love for his family that knew no bounds. With a career as a local semi-truck driver who knew the roads like the back of his hand. Ronald's humble ambition was always to begin and end his days with the sweet sounds of being home with his family.

Ronald loved hunting and fishing and just being in nature. Embracing all of life's beauty was Ronald's key fulfillment. He loved creating memories while taking rides with his wife to Lake Milton, Mosquito Lake and driving wherever the road led them, which always included getting a bite to eat.

He is survived by Kathy McClure, his loving wife of 42 years, who he always called "Kay" or "Pretty Lady," who he married on November 8, 1982. He is also survived by his son Ronald (Sophia) McClure, daughter Megan (Jesse) McClure, stepdaughters, Connie (Justin) Malaska, Sheri (Harry) Foraker, Kristine Egry and Rebecca (James) Cayten. In addition, he and Kathy raised their grandson Camron Mayfield.

He is survived by his mother Marilynn (McClure) Johnston, brother Chester Johnston, and sister Susan (David) Day along with 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, an aunt and uncle and in-laws.

Ronald was preceded in death by his stepdaughter Heather Dunlap, grandparents Ed and Esther Semararo, aunt Jackie Tarr and great granddaughter Juniper Judice.

Ronald will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew him.

Family and friends may pay their respects to Ronald on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 11 a.m. until noon at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles. 330-652-2422.
