Ron was a graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Class of 1984, and continued his education at Somerset Vocational-Technical Institute, Bridgewater, NJ. Everyone that knew Ron remarked on his ability to “fix anything” – including every mechanical system in a commercial building such as HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen appliance repair and fire prevention.
Ron had a wonderful sense of humor and would tell stories with a twist, just to get a laugh or make you smile. He was a true “Movie Buff”. He had a love of animals and wildlife. He was a meticulous craftsman who renovated his entire home. Ron doted on his family helping each of them with various projects around their homes. He loved to discuss current events in his downtime and he was also a member of the Flemington Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his mother, Frances Tolley, he is survived by his two sisters: Janet Tolley and her husband Michael Fasano, of Readington Township, NJ, and Donna Tolley and her husband John Mayersky, of Flemington, NJ; as well as two nephews, Michael Fasano of Clinton, and Thomas Fasano of Lake Meade, PA, and faithful dog companion, Buddy.
