Ron became the welcome wagon, let me help you person of building , the day he moved in. He knew everyone's name, even extended family members. He made sure all of the residents in the building were aware of what was going on, be it incoming weather, neighbor illnesses, or new changes in condo 'policies'. My 99 yr old momma, who sadly passed last February, lived above Ron. While she was VERY stubborn about asking for help, my family and I were always grateful for any assistance he often gave to her. It was with shock and sadness that I learned of Ron's passing. I know he will be missed by all of the wonderful people living in the building. He was so good about sprucing up the front with his flowers, flags, and wreaths. God's peace to you Ron.

I met Ron in the parking lot of our condo bldg before I moved in. I was visiting to get the lay of the land and he was very friendly and already knew who I was and told me what a nice area it was. He made me feel very welcome.
He's been a comforting and caring neighbor tending to his pretty plants and introducing Mr. Cuddles. I am going to miss him and think very fondly of him always. Vanessa H.
