Ronald H Waggoner, 75, a resident of Fairland passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025 at his home. Ron was born on August 4, 1949, in Parsons, Kansas, to Harold and Jean (Spalding) Waggoner. He graduated from Labette County High School and would attend Pittsburg State University. After graduating from college, Ron enlisted in the United States Navy where he would serve six years on the USS Independence. Ron married his wife Vickie Hill on April 29, 1990. Together they would spend thirty-five years together. Ron was the owner and operator of The Silhouette Shop for over thirty years. Ron loved working with his hands. Whether it was making art with a welder, building his own tree house, or drawing, Ron enjoyed being outside. He was also a proud member of The Sheep Shed Church in Neosho, Missouri. Mr. Waggoner is preceded in passing by his parents, Harold and Jean Waggoner, and sister, Karen McCoy.
Those left to share the wonderful memory of Ron include his wife, Vickie Waggoner of the home, son, Cody Waggoner and his wife Lindsey of Grove, stepchildren include, Stacy Smith of Dennis, Kansas, Tony Porras of Parsons, Kansas, and Fernando Porras of Topeka, Kansas.
Ron's wishes were for cremation. Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairland, Oklahoma.
