Mrs. Rosalee Mildred Moore Smith

Mrs. Rosalee M. Smith transitioned peacefully at her home in Charleston, South Carolina, on July 2. God granted Mrs. Smith the gift of time. She lived a full and active life for 91 years. Mrs. Smith was a retired educator and librarian. She was also a dedicated life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority for more than 65 years. She also participated in various service organizations such as Friends of the Library, Presbyterian USA, and Hands of Christ.
Her daughter Karen and son Charles are doing well. They are asking for positive affirmations as they finalize their mother's Celebration of Life Service, which will take place on her 92nd birthday on Saturday, July 27 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1157 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. Charleston SC 29407.
