Rosalia Iturbide Ramirez, age 53, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025. In Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on January 7, 1972, in Yanga, Veracruz, Mexico. To parents, Galo Iturbide and Maria Luisa Hernandez Torres. In December 1988, she got married to Carlos M. Ramirez.
She loved to read and cook. She was known for her cooking, specifically her tamales and mole. Everyone who knew her loved and referred to her as a second mom.
She is survived by her husband, Carlos, her three children, Hernan, Kim, and Joyce. her daughter-in-law, Meylin. her three grandchildren, Marly, Jason, and Aaliyah. Her four older siblings, as well as many nieces and Nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her older sister Elena.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
