Life lived to the fullest beginning May 29, 1939 at 1:25 a.m. and throughout her 86 years until she passed on August 9, 2025.

Songs sung to the Utmost alongside the love of her life, Ronald Charles Wehn, after meeting in the church choir and later joined by two more generations, her daughter and granddaughter. Even as she joins the heavenly choir, she sings alongside a son, Ronald C. Wehn, Jr., a daughter, Susan Lynn Wehn, granddaughter, Maria Wehn, great-granddaughter, Madison Olivia Good; parents, Rufus and Dorris Brackley, grandparents, brother and sister-in-law, George and Dorothy Anderson, and sisters-in-law, Patricia Wehn and Kathy Wehn.

The torch of love and life as well as hope of living in grace continues with her children, Rev. Lorrie (Bradley) Aikens, wife of Ronnie Jr., Karen Wehn, and Michael (Mary Ellen) Wehn; grandchildren, Mimi (Mike) Henshaw, Neil (Heather) Aikens, Jeremy (Mary) Aikens, Tiffany (Benny) Howard, Laura Wehn, Kathleen (Hunter) Morris, Audrey Wehn, Rick Lineberg, and Lisa (Byron) Hoenig.

God's blessing of love brought many great-grandchildren, Hannah Jean, Dane, Lacey, Wesley, Hannah Elizabeth, David, Blake, Taylor, Rylee, Madison Paige, Hailey, Koby, Aubrey, and Noah.

But we cannot stop there because Rosalie was also a great-great grandmother to another hand full. She shall watch from above as the Lord blesses her and the family with another wee one in the fall. It is often said, "See what you and Dad started?"

Rosalie is survived by her siblings, Allen, Rufus Jr., Neil and Beth; in-laws, Sam and Charlie; and many nieces and nephews whom she each loved dearly.

God's amazing grace carried Rosalie through many years-Brownies to Senior-in Girl Scouts. She attended the first national round up as Patrol Leader. She graduated from East Greenwich High School in Rhode Island. She was always a member of a church wherever she lived. She lived serving the Lord in various ways including treasurer of Emmanuel UMC for many years, making dishes for community meals, attending Bible studies, and offering much time in the kitchen. She loved her many furry friends, working in her flower gardens, puzzles and was an avid reader.

Rosalie worked and retired from the Miller Auto Group as an accountant and Office Manager from its early conception. George and John Miller alongside fellow compatriots, Martie Jo Hyde and Grandma Sumption were an important part of her family.

Life carried Rosalie across many miles, born in Maine, marrying a Navy fella carrying her to California and afterwards traveling to New Kensington outside Pittsburgh to Virginia.

Versatile and open she moved thirteen times in her life. She now moves her church membership from Strong United Methodist Church in Maine to the eternal church in God's glory. Rest in peace!

Family and friends will be received on Monday, August 18, 2025 from 11am – 1pm at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel, Winchester, VA. Rosalie & Ron were friends to David & I when we lived in Winchester. Through our Emmanuel UMC, we shared praise, trials, joys & companionship. David & Ron both had serious medical issues that as their wives, Rosalie & I bonded over. They were a wonderful couple with a lovely Christ-filled family. I am thankful to know that she is now resting in peace with her loved ones. Love to all of this family.
