Rose Anne (Czaika) Burton, 91, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on July 25, 1933, Rose grew up with a deep love for nature and simple joys of life. Lost too early; was her husband Ronald Ayers Burton; who passed away December 12, 1998 they were married April 28, 1956. Along with her parents; Paul Sr. and Doris Eleanora (Klingelhoffer) Czaika, she lost a brother, Paul Czaika Jr. Through great adversity, dedication and love Rose and Ronald raised three children Cathy Burton, Richard (Kimberly) Burton and Debbie Burton. Along with her children, her legacy will continue and quietly exist through the hearts of her grandchildren Erica (Danny) Unger, Travis (Xanni) Burton, Melanie (Forrest) Elam, Logan (Bridgitte) Burton, Andrew (Alexandra) Ealy and Paige (Ryan) Evans and her great grandchildren Brooklyn, Breck, A.J., Hadley, Cooper, and Addison each will carry a piece of her spirit in their hearts. Rose worked for many years as the dairy manager at Bob and Carls, and also held positions at the Lynchburg IGA Store and Clinton Memorial Hospital. Known for her dedication and kind nature, she was deeply respected by her coworkers and customers alike. In her earlier years, Rose was a devoted member of St. Martin Catholic Church, Angela Merici Parish, where she was very active in the Ladies Sodality and church community. Rose lived a full life she created a home for anyone in need of a place to rest, a warm meal and quiet conversation. Always making you feel like; you were home you became family. She found beauty in the world around her especially in her garden and the birds that visited it. Her days were often filled with the scent of something baking in the oven, a good book in her lap and the music provided by birds outside her windows. And now a reunion she longed for with quiet grace she and Ronald are together for eternity. Although her absence leaves an ache; her love will continue to bloom in the lives of those she touched. In honor of Rose, the family invites you to plant a flower, feed the birds, or simply take a moment to enjoy the quiet beauty of nature just as she would have. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 11th at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home in Lynchburg, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Martin Cemetery. "Those we love dont go away; they walk beside us every day." Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.turnerfuneralhomes.cc
