Mrs. Rosemarie Davida (Brady) Goulet, 89 of Pittsfield, MA, died peacefully on Monday, August 18, 2025. She was born in Washington D.C. on April 17, 1936, but lived most of her life in Pittsfield. She was the oldest child of Eugene T. Brady and Rose M. Sauerborn.

She graduated with high honors from St. Joseph's High School in 1954 and later attended Berkshire Community College. After high school she was employed by Berkshire Life Insurance Company and in later years worked at the former First Agricultural National Bank after raising four children.

She was a longtime member of St. Francis Xavior Parish in Pittsfield until its closing in 2008. She was highly active in church programs, having served as President of the Rosary Sodality, Chairperson of the Parish Council and many parish events. She also served as a lector and adult altar server. In her younger years she was a lifeguard, swim instructor for the American Red Cross and loved to ski, skate and play tennis. She was an avid reader and enjoyed writing poetry. In her later years she enjoyed traveling, music, and crafts.

She and her late husband, Joseph R. Goulet, Sr. (Bob) were married on September 17, 1955, at St. Joseph's Church in Pittsfield. He died in 2008, after fifty-five years of marriage. She is survived by a son, Joseph R. Goulet, Jr, Major, U.S. Marine Corps (Ret) and his wife Celia of Fredericksburg, Virginia, two daughters Alice Ehresman and her husband Mike of Westfield, and Michele Goulet of West Virginia. Her youngest son, Jean-Pierre Goulet died in 1991.

She was especially close to her nephew, George Tremblay Jr., Pat Campbell, and their four daughters: Johanna, Jeanna, Mary, and Allison, who lovingly named her, "Ant Roe". Other survivors include nine grandchildren: Nathan, Jessica, Jennifer, Erin, Megan, Joseph (Bobby), Michael, Brian, and Mark; as well as ten great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Brady Shea Knight of Purcellville, Virginia and brother Jacob Sauerborn, Jr. of Lynn, Massachusetts and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was also predeceased by a sister, Judith A Brady Tremblay and a brother, Eugene T. Brady, Jr.
