Roy Beeler Obituary

Roy Elton Beeler, 81, of Nashville, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
Roy was a loving father and grandfather. He was welcoming, loved mischief, hard-working and very generous. A very talented, smart and creative man, he spent many years designing and building customized decks, gazebos and sunrooms. He was a charter member of the Moose Lodge in Nashville. He enjoyed spending time in sunny Florida with family and friends. His happy place and heart was often found at Center Hill Lake in Tennessee. There he created many a memory for countless family and friends hosting them on his houseboat.
He was born May 3, 1940, to the late Tyson Edgar Beeler and Violet Beatrice Stevens Beeler Carroll. Roy was also preceded in death by his wife, Jean "Jeannie" Elizabeth Beeler; son, Glenn Allen Beeler; and brother, Jerry Travis Beeler.
Loved ones left to honor Roy's (Papa's) legacy by living their lives to the fullest are his daughters, Katherine Seana Beeler Holloway and Brandi Bedwell (Chas); grandchildren Skyler Allen Holloway, Kaileigh Kate Holloway, Brycen Dean Reed, Raelyn Faye Bedwell and Matthew David Beeler; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Stewart and Odessa Carroll; several nieces and nephews; and his loving companion, Phyllis Martin.
