Russell Francis Ingebretson

Ingebretson, Russell F. Age 90, passed away at home in New Brighton on August 3rd. Russell is preceded in death by his beloved wife Arlyne, son Todd, daughter Mary Jo, sister Joyce Shelton. He is survived by his daughter Lori Stolle, son Paul Ingebretson (Dawn), grandchildren Erik Stolle (Celissia), Emily Leeves (Robert), and Ryan Stolle. Russell was born in Rush City and moved to Minneapolis where he attended Holy Cross and Edison High School. Prior to graduation he enrolled in the Navy, where he served in the Korean War. Post Korean War he worked at various companies as a Die Casting Engineer. His last job being at Tool Products. Married to the love of his life, Arlyne for 64 years, until her death 2 years ago. He was proud of his Northeast roots and had many lifelong friends. A Diehard Vikings and Twins fan. He loved bringing his family up North fishing and passed this love of fishing to his children. Private Burial at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial Service, Monday, August 11, at 11 AM with visitation 1 hour before at: Washburn-McReavy.com.
