Ruth L. Pasqualone, 92, passed away peacefully September 11, 2024, at Lake West Medical Center.
She was born in Vermilion, Ohio on December 19, 1931, the daughter of Francis and Mildred (Gegenheimer) Dehaney.
Ruth Married Ozzie Pasqualone and together they built a life together filled with love and happiness. They were the co-owners of The Planter Florist Shop and Greenhouse in Geneva for many years. "Aunt Ruth and Uncle Ozzie" were the favorites amongst their nieces and nephews whom they loved and adored since they never had children of their own.
Ruth loved to read, and she always kept beautiful flower gardens of her own at their home in Geneva.
She is survived by her loving nieces and nephews: John "Chip" Ward, with whom she made her home, Gary Pasqualone, Mike Martin, Jimmy Martin, Jill Hall, Patty Martin, Jan Deal, and Kirk Kessler.
She was preceded by her parents and her husband Ozzie in 1991.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 17, 2024. Friends may visit from 9:30-10:30 at Fleming-Billman Funeral Home 323 S. Broadway St. Geneva with the graveside burial to follow at 11:00 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Geneva.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to the Ashtabula County Animal Protective League 5970 Green Rd Ashtabula, Ohio or the Lake County Dog Shelter 2600 N Ridge Rd Painesville, Ohio.
