Sally lived life to the fullest with added humor, affection, cleverness and even at times mischievousness. Her spirit was magnetic, drawing in those who were fortunate to cross her path. Sally was a woman who knew how to live life to its fullest and leaves behind a legacy of joy, laughter and fun.
Sally's life was a testament to her love for learning and her commitment to aiding others in their own educational journeys. She spent much of her career as a reading tutor in the Davis County School District, where she shared her passion for words and knowledge with countless students. Even after her retirement, Sally's fascination with words never waned. She spent countless hours enjoying word searches and delving into family history, which she cherished. Sally's dedication to family, both her immediate family and her ancestors, was a clear reflection of her loving nature. This love was returned tenfold by those she left behind, including her devoted husband of 57 years, Glen Larsen of Kaysville, Utah, 2 sisters, 1 brother, 3 brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews of multiple generations that loved her like a second parent or grandparent and her loving canine companion, Rusty, whom she cherished more than life itself. Sally was proceeded in death by her beloved parents, 2 sisters, a half sister and her many sweet dogs of the past that she has always loved like they were her children.
Sally was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was devoted to attending church each week until her health wouldn't allow for it.
