Sally is survived by her daughter Jody and husband T.J. Nix of West Plains, son Justin Cook of Alton, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren. Sally left behind three brothers, Boyd Bates, Floyd Bates and wife Carol, Danny Bates and wife Judy all of Alton, two sisters Patsy Hahn and husband Gary of Bland Mo, Cathy Ridenhour and husband Gary of Belle MO, nieces, nephews and friends galore.
Sally was proceeded in death by her parents Lyle and Elsie Bates, son Terry Durbin, grandson Colten Smith, one sister Anita Wilcox, three brothers Joe Bates, Mac Bates, and Richard Bates.
