Sam Horn

Sam Horn, 64 of Springdale, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025, at his home. He was born on December 21, 1960, in Springdale, Arkansas, to Lee Roy Horn and Mary Mitchell Horn. Sam worked as a mechanic. He loved old cars. He enjoyed watching TV, especially professional wrestling. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Michelle Lynn Horn, and one brother, Roy Lee Horn. Survivors include one brother, Darren Horn; two daughters, Samantha Horn of Springdale and Heather Masa and husband Korey of Springdale; five grandchildren, Trenton, Jacob, Thomas, Donavin, and Kaygan; and two great-grandchildren, Ivee Michelle and Amelia Jospehine. Graveside services will be on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 10 am at Zion Cemetery in Springdale with Pastor Jason Carr officiating.
