Sandra Carsten Obituary
Sandra was a devoted member of Arlington Evangelical Church in Red Lion. She spent recent years serving as the church secretary and dedicated her time as an advocate for the elderly and disabled; roles that reflected her caring spirit and commitment to helping others
Sandra is survived by her sister Linda Healan, sister-in-law Judy Newberry; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Dennis Newberry.
Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
