Funeral services for Sandra will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Terry Gamblin officiating. Burial will take place in Tupman Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 PM on Tuesday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
Sandra Jean Deer was born on June 5, 1939 in Evansville, where she lived her entire life as a homemaker.
Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Albert F. Deer, Jr., her father, James Broshears, and her mother, Nina Knaebel. She is survived by her daughter, Angel Turpin, her son, Albert F. Deer III, her daughter-in-law, Jenny Ellis, her son, Keith Deer, her daughter-in-law, Andrea, her son, James Deer, her daughter-in-law, Lisa, her brother, David Knaebel, and her sister-in-law, Linda.
