FENLOCK, Sandra L., 85 of Zephyrhills Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 4, 2025. She was a loving Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma and friend. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard W., son Michael W., parents Andrew and Malzena Felicetti, sisters Carol Felicetti and Nancy Proctor. She is survived by her son Richard (Denise) Fenlock and daughters Dawn (Dale) Milby and Andrea (Norm) Ogrin; 5 grandchildren, Meghan, Matthew, Jessica, Sean (fiancé Caroline) and Craig:one great grandchild, Riley; brother Edward (Pat) Felicetti, sister Peggy (Ron) Holmes and many nieces and nephews.
Born on March 20, 1940, in Pittsburgh PA she graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School. Sandy was the Director of Religious Education for St. Anne Catholic Church in Castle Shannon PA for 30 years and was very active within the church community. While working and raising a family, she went back to college and graduated with a Master's degree in childhood education from Duquesne University.
After retirement, Sandy and Rich moved to Zephyrhills Florida where she enjoyed power walking, playing golf and water aerobics as well as volunteering inside and outside their community. She led the Southport Springs Bereavement Group and was a loving and caring friend to many. Sandy's greatest joy came from spending time with her family and friends in a loving environment. Her house was always open, serving as a gathering place for friends and family. She would think nothing of having 20+ people for a holiday meal. Her homemade nutroll was legendary and she was thrilled to teach the recipe to each new generation.
