Sandra Marie Mullins-Osman, age 71, of Argonne, passed away peacefully at her home on August 9, 2025.

Born on July 25, 1954, in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, Sandra was the beloved daughter of the late Earnest and Ruth (McIssac) Mullins. A lifelong resident of the Northwoods, she was known for her kind heart, selflessness, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.

Sandra dedicated many years of service as an Election Poll Worker, first for the City of Crandon and later for the Town of Argonne. She also managed the former Cracker Box Restaurant in Crandon and worked as the Forest County Victim-Witness Coordinator before rounding out her career with the Forest County Potawatomi.

Sandra loved the outdoors and enjoyed her daily walks, always taking time to feed the deer, squirrels, and hummingbirds. She had a talent for photography, especially when capturing moments with her family. Side-by-side rides through the woods were a favorite pastime, and she always found joy in the simple, quiet beauty of nature.

Above all, Sandra cherished her role as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and her love for them was boundless.

She is survived by her children: Tammy Votis, Daniel Mullins, and Travis (Kimberly) Mullins; siblings: Ruth Mullins, Ronald Kieffer, Terry (Deb) Kieffer, and Gene (Deb) Mullins; grandchildren: Jacob Cleereman, Cassidy (Ryan Enders) Votis, Jaycee (Hunter Tuckwab) Votis, Jesse Mullins, Brittney Mullins, Alexis Vinnedge, and Kesler Geske; great-grandchildren: Everette, Emerson, Remi, Audrey, and Lydia.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dave Osman, her great-granddaughter Maggie and daughter in law, Tina Mullins.

A gathering of family and friends will be held in Sandra's honor on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Weber-Hill & Packard Funeral Home in Crandon, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Crandon Public Library in Sandra's remembrance-a place that reflects her lifelong love for learning, community, and giving back.

Sandra's warmth, compassion, and deep love for her family will be missed beyond measure.

Sincere condolences to the family, I am so sad to learn of Sandy's passing. We have texted back and forth regularly up until last month when summer things got so busy for both of us. She loved her family and Dave was the love of her life. May she rest in peace and join Dave for the rest of eternity.
