She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Walter Willard and Evelyn Smith Willard. Sandra is survived by her loving daughter, Monica Lovell, who will cherish her memory and carry forward her legacy of kindness and dedication.
At this time, no services are scheduled.
Sandra will be remembered fondly by all who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt.
