Mrs. Sara Turner Breazeale, 88, wife of the late Herbert Carl Breazeale, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

Born in Easley, a daughter of the late George W. and Ida Volrath Turner, Mrs. Breazeale was a spinner with Alice Manufacturing for over 30 years. She was also a member of Blue Ridge View Baptist Church. "Granny" had a great love for her family and enjoyed many days fishing in the Eastatoee Valley and sharing her love of the hobby with others.

Surviving are her daughters, Robin Nealy of Pickens and Patti Lewis of Liberty; grandchildren, Christopher Bryant, Brittany Hayes (Tyler), and Carter Lewis; and great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Walker Hayes.

In addition to her loving husband, Mrs. Breazeale is predeceased by a son-in-law, Robert Nealy, Jr.; five brothers; and six sisters.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 29, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to service from 12:30-1:45 pm at the funeral home.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the care provided from Monica, Marilynn, Becky and all of Interim Personal Care and Hospice Healthcare.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Breazeale to the Gleaning House Food Pantry, 319 C David Stone Rd, Pickens, SC 29671, or to Pickens County Meals on Wheels, 349 Edgemont Avenue Liberty, SC 29657, or to Neighborhood Cancer Connection, 113 Mills Ave, Greenville, SC 29605.
